THE VERIFICATION PROCESS
NO.1
Online Form Submission
All prospective ONYX VIP clients must complete and submit our online application form. The form covers all of the basic pertinent information we’ll need to set up your future profile, as well as our fundamental eligibility requirements.
You can expect a response from us within 1-3 business days of receiving your application.
NO.2
Vis-à-Vis Session
Vis-á-vis sessions are in-person conversations where we examine your luxury travel needs and desires in full detail. During these sessions, we’ll go through our exclusive ONYX Exploration Survey— a categorized document designed to provide an overarching vision of your ideal extravagant escape.
At the end of your vis-á-vis session, myself and the ONYX team will review the results of your survey, as well as any other relevant information gathered during our conversation, to determine if we’re the right luxury travel agency for you.
NO.3
Acceptance Notice
You will be notified via email if you have been accepted as an ONYX VIP client.
You will also receive a welcome package upon your acceptance that contains all your important documentation, including your client profile, destination pamphlets, agency practices and policies, etc.
NO.4
Contract Signing & Deposit
Before we can begin planning your all-inclusive luxury vacation, a formal agreement and initial deposit must be finalized.

Schedule Vacation Planning Session
At this point, you are officially an ONYX VIP client and we can book a planning session to iron out the fine details of your next luxury vacation. We will provide access to our virtual scheduling platform where you can select a time that’s most convenient for you.
