Why Did I Become a Luxury Travel Agent?
I have experienced first-hand how small details can make all the difference in terms of enjoying a vacation, and these experiences inspired me to establish my own luxury travel agency. I already had a solid foundation as an agent and felt that specializing in luxury vacations would give me the opportunity to create unforgettable moments— like the ones I enjoyed so deeply— for the travellers I serve.
What Sets Me Apart From Other Luxury Travel Agents?
I take my time when choosing luxury properties. I will never send a client to a destination without fully realizing their dream with them. I know that luxury means something different to each individual, so I take the time to establish a consistent view within my mind of what luxury looks like to each traveller.
I’m also aware that spending big money doesn't necessarily equal a dream vacation or ideal travelling experience, so taking the time to work with a client, not just for them, is essential.
It’s all about tailoring the entire experience—from start to finish—to the individual needs and desires of the client.
What Should You Expect When We Meet?
Above all else, you should expect full transparency. I believe honesty is always the best policy, even if it means missing out on a sale. (And no, that isn’t just lip service.)

What Has Been My Top Luxury Vacation Experience?
I am never disappointed when I stay at Fairmont hotels and resorts. I recently visited the Fairmont Empress on the Harbour in Victoria, BC and was amazed by their attention to detail. From their elegant furnishings, to the terry cloth bathrobes, contemporary on-site eateries, and spectacular, sweeping harbour views.
I was even greeted by a personalized welcome letter in my suite and was addressed as "Ma'am" throughout the duration of my stay— it really is the little things!
What’s One Piece of Advice I Would Share With Travellers Who Are Interested In Luxury Travel Packages?
Always travel with open eyes. The more you are able to see, the better the experience will be. Culture will always shock you, but be accepting of it and it will surprise you. Travel with a positive attitude as well. (You get what you give!)
